Our service technicians work on the road from service vans offering maintenance and repair service to customers with gas, wood and pellet products. Field service techs visit customer homes and analyze problems and conduct on-site repair work that requires analytical thinking with a fundamental understanding of mechanical principles and electrical skills. Our service staff offers information about hearth products with a pleasant, helpful and courteous attitude. Many calls for service can be routine, but others are unique and require extensive trouble-shooting to solve issues. No previous hearth experience is required, however, some construction/trades experience is required. We will provide the necessary training and assist you in obtaining industry licenses in order to excel at your job. This is an opportunity to learn a valuable trade and advancement and team leader opportunities are available to the right candidate.
Each customer should have a positive experience with a service professional who can follow through and maintain contact as needed. As a small independent family owned company each employee is a key representative and important part of our team.
