I love this business! Over the past 15 years I have used then for all my pellet stove needs, from purchase, installation, cleaning, to maintenance on it. I have been more than happy with everyone on the staff. Inez Boutin was especially helpful in helping my with my newest purchase, a sleek Italian pellet stove (they have several to chose from). She learned what I needed/wanted and with no pressure suggested I think about the one that I bought. The installation crew was terrific, and Matt, who set up the computer part of made sure I knew how to operate it (or call him if there are problems. This latest experience with this business is just a revisitation of my past interactions with them, and why I keep going back to them. I don't think you can do better!

Some of the BEST customer service I have had in recent memory. Inez was a pleasure to work with -- helpful, informative, and very customer-focused. They did a great job assembling my new grill at the warehouse, delivering it without a scratch, setting things up and hauling away the old grill. Five stars doesn't seem like a high enough rating -- I will definitely use them again and they have my highest recommendation!

Inez was extremely helpful is choosing and ordering a jungle gym set for our grand daughter. Although we didn't expect to get it so soon, they had a cancellation and installed it much sooner than anticipated. It was great doing business with Fireplace Showcase and particularly Inez! I'd recommend them to anyone !!!

I received a great deal of support and attention from Inez Boutin when looking into a swing set for my home. She helped provide the best options and resources to suit my budget. Inez insured that all my questions were answered and was able to establish an installation date quickly. The installation team were very friendly and efficient. They completed the installation in under an hour and kept me apprised of all plans. The gentlemen even shared tips and talked about the design with my children and me. I highly recommend that you give the Eastern Jungle Gyms your full consideration and installation by the folks authorized at The Fireplace Showcase.

This is a review for my second purchase from the Fireplace Showcase. First purchase was a fireplace pellet stove insert. Second purchase was a freestanding gas stove/fireplace. My experience was great starting with Inez in the showroom to the installation with Terry and Avi. If you're looking for quality products, no pressure showroom sales experience and trouble free installation, this is the place to go.

We love our new Vermont castings Stardance gas stove! Inez Boutin was instrumental in helping us, her straight forward professional approach helped guide us to pick the best stove for our home. She demonstrated unfailing patience while we made our decision. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Kyle came to the house to measure for stove pipe and inspect the site. It was his recommendation we used for the size stove best suited for the location. The installers were efficient, very neat, professional, and took time to show us how to use the remote. Our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend The Fireplace Showcase.

Worked with Inez to get us set up with a wood stove to be installed in our house (we did not previously have one). They were very knowledgeable about their products and were easy to work with. Competitive rates for both their stoves and their install parts and labor. Would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a wood stove!

Our blower went out on our Majestic fireplace insert from 1997. They don't even make parts for this anymore. Kyle did some digging and cross-referencing and found the blower. We took it home, and installed it ourselves in about an hour. Works great! Saved us about $3,500. Kyle was very informative, helpful, and friendly. He even pointed out a good restaurant for lunch down the way.

These guys know what they are doing. We now have a fabulous VT casting stove set into our fireplace. So much better than the open fireplace. No smoke, burns for a long time, we don't need to open a window, and burn far less firewood and get so much more heat. Thanks Randy and Team.

Working with the team at Fireplace Showcase was a true pleasure. The company made what we perceived to be a daunting project easy and efficient. Randy Titsworth, the owner, consulted with us about our options for a new wood burning stove (fireplace insert), and once installed and fired up, it was obvious he'd steered us in the right direction. He considered the size of our house; listened to our needs in terms of heating capacity; and was sensitive to design and aesthetic. He was responsive to our questions and concerns. We just purchased our second Dreamscape swing set in 13 years. Our older grand-kids are now 15 and our youngest grandson is 3 and we wanted to provide him with the same enjoyment. Inez Boutin was extremely helpful in assisting me with purchasing this set and I would recommend Fire-Mart for your purchases. In less than 3 hours, they dismantled the old set and installed the new one.

We purchased the Dreamscape playset by Eastern Jungle Gym here at Fierplace Showcase this past April, 2020. Inastalled in early July, 2020. Originally, we bought the playset (we added a 2nd slide) for out 3 grandchildren aged 3 1/2 and 16 months, but their parents and my wife and I have been on the swings and my wife went down one of the slides. The playset is very sturdy with 4X4 posts. The rest of the wood is very thick (no skimpping with this product. Slides are about 6" deep so the sides are high and the slide material is very strong. Great rock wall, a rope ladder and a regular ladder all for getting into the spacious "fort". The steering wheel and telescope are not going to get broke anytime soon showing the quality of these also. Everything is bolted/screwed on making it possible to move the playset to someone else's backyard later on. We were very pleased with the installation by experienced installers. We have a flattish yard, so it took them about 2 hours to setup. We recommend Fireplace Showcase and our new friends there, especially Inez B. who did all the paperwork and communicating with us. We are ALL very pleased with the playset.

We were in need of a new swing set right as Covid lockdown was hitting. We looked everywhere for a swing set, everyone was sold out. I happened to find The Fireplace Showcase via a google search and reached out. Inez emailed me back right away with a catalog and pricing. Within a couple days the swing set was ordered. I was told their wold be a bit of a wait as far as installation due to high demand which I completely understood. It just got installed this week as promised and the quality of the play set is beyond what I expected. When I say this thing is sturdy its an understatement. This set makes our previous one look like a match stick. The installers did a great job ensuring it was level in a less than desirable part of my backyard. I cant recommend Inez and the fireplace showcase team enough. Prompt, friendly, great service, and the quality of the swing set is beyond what I expected. Thank you Inez and team.

Just had my gas insert installed and it looks great! Unfortunately it’s July and won’t need it for a while, but glad I had it done now. Once the cold weather comes we’ll be good to go. I worked with Inez during quarantine and she was amazing. She was always quick to reply with any questions and helped me work through some specific problems with my original fireplace before installation. All of the installers were great. They were personable, neat and very informative on how to operate the new insert. We visited a few different fireplace shops and Fireplace Showcase was the most competitive and helpful for what we were looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend doing business with them.

Walked in and spoke with Inez who explained everything perfectly. We decided on a gas fireplace. Kyle came out, measured everything, and a few weeks later, installed. These guys were great to work with! We decided to make a swing set purchase and we are so glad to have gone with this company. Inez was quick to respond to all of our questions, they even sent someone out to measure our yard space since Google Image wasn’t much help for them. The two guys that showed up for our delivery arrived right within the window as promised and took even less time than mentioned to install. The product itself is great - Sturdy and great quality; our kids love it! My only complaint was the time between purchase and when we could be scheduled for install. Granted, it was right in the middle of the pandemic and they were offering free delivery/install at the time - so I’m sure they had a lot of scheduled deliveries/installations. I still gave 5 stars because the service was great and so is the product as well!

Not only did they show up the day we were scheduled but came a little early which worked out perfect! The installation crew were friendly and professional and set up exactly where we wanted it. Bought a soapstone to replace my Vermont Castings Duchwest that finally began to fall apart after 22 years. Hear a lot of great things about Soapstone but was hesitant and wanted to stay with a product and style we were familiar with. Absolutely love the Soapstone. Do not hesitate to by this style stove. Easy to use, great heat, and lasts a long time!! My only recommendation is that we learned from trial and error this first season is to invest in a good ash vacuum. The stove will need to be cleaned every month or two depending on use. The combustors will need a light brushing with a paint brush to remove the fly ash. You can tell when to do this when the efficiency of the stove begins to wane. We burn 24/7 from late October to mid-April. Awesome Stove!!!!

Love our Quadra-Fire Explorer III, with it’s built in heat blower unit. It produces beautifully even heat, holds a fire overnight - up to 12 hours later it’s still warm and you can still rekindle a fire from the embers - and it is a joy to use. This is our first winter with the stove, and it has made heating our entire house much easier. We have it in our basement, and the heat permeates it and the 2 floors above as well. We run our furnace noticeably less than in previous winters - and we have many winters with which to compare... My husband and I bought a home with a very old fireplace. We wanted to convert to a wood pellet stove. Fireplace Showcase was wonderful, from picking out our stove to installation. My husband had a heart attack and we were having a hard time trying to find a mason to build out our hearth. When Fireplace Showcase found out they came out and did all the build out and materials, including a beautiful blue stone for a fraction of what masons wanted. We now are completely enjoying our wood pellet stove! Thank you Fireplace Showcase!!!

I have a Heat & Glo gas fireplace that is approx 25 years old that would not light. I called 4 places and nobody would help me until I called The Fireplace Showcase and spoke to Kyle in the service dept. He was incredibly helpful and understanding with my situation. After asking me questions about my issues with the fireplace he scheduled a service call for me. He just went above and beyond. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who wanted to help after dealing with other companies that did not want to speak with me. The service technician came today (11/20/19) and he was just as professional and helpful as Kyle (I wish I could remember his name). Within the time frame I was given by Kyle, the service technician got my fireplace working, vacuumed it, cleaned the glass and replaced the burning embers. It is working beautifully! I am a very grateful customer and would highly recommend your company! Thank you!

I purchased a Mendota gas fireplace from another dealer 2 years ago who went out of business soon after the installation was complete and before the bugs were worked out. I contacted The Fireplace Showcase (TFS) and requested their help in making my fireplace work. Drew, the service manager, was extremely helpful and the FPS technicians had my fireplace up and running within a week at NO charge. They have since done a two year service which was done cleanly, quickly, and efficiently. Recently I had a power surge/outage while the stove was working this caused a shutdown and lockout for safety reasons. I could not get it restarted with the owner's manual I had. I called TFS on a Friday afternoon and received a reply from Kyle at 6:30 PM. Regrettably I had my phone off as I was at dinner. However, Kyle left a message informing me that he was emailing me and asked for further info on the problem. I sent Kyle an email that evening and heard back from him Saturday about 11:30. Kyle spent over two hours on the phone with me trying to resolve the problem, emailing me procedures and pictures and having me text pictures back to FPS. He finally realized that the owner's manual I had been given by the defunct retailer was the incorrect one and therefore I had given him the wrong Model # of the fireplace at the beginning. Once this was corrected he was able to give me instructions on resetting the auto off and relighting the fireplace within 15 min. Kyle had spent nearly two hours AFTER he was finished for the day on the phone with me helping me solve my fireplace problem. Needless to say, while I do not have any experience purchasing a product from FPS their service after sale is fabulous. Seriously, buy product from these folks!!!

Hi, Randy. Just a note to say that we appreciated the efficiency and knowledge of Elijah and David who installed our stove insert and inspected the workshop stove and chimney. We went through our five tempering fires and are now fully functional with our new stove...and lovin' it! What a difference in the ambient temperature of the entire house! Thanks for your patience. It's a beauty, and the accoutrements of the fireplace are gone!
