Masonry Chimney Sweep: $199

A masonry chimney sweeping service involves cleaning and inspecting brick or stone chimneys to remove soot, debris, and blockages, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The service includes a level one inspection, assessing the chimney's structural integrity and identifying any necessary repairs to prevent potential hazards like fires or carbon monoxide poisoning. The chimney sweeping service is $199 for the first flue and +$99 per additional flue.

Level 2 Inspections: $350

Level Two masonry inspection involves a thorough cleaning and examination of the chimney's interior and exterior, including the use of video scanning to inspect hidden areas within the flue. This inspection is typically required when a property is being sold, transferred, or after a chimney fire or significant weather event, and we will identify any hidden damage or defects that could pose safety risks and propose a solution for repair. The inspection includes assessment of all flues within the chimney in question.
