Grilled Appetizer Recipe and A New Charcoal Grill for the 4th of July

27 June 2012

The Fourth of July is next week. Many families around the Cape will be enjoying the holiday at home with friends and family. If you are planning a 4th of July event at your home, consider a new charcoal grill.

The Big Green Egg is no ordinary charcoal grill. This charcoal grill works well on its own or as a supplement to a gas grill. Why? Because it is so versatile and easy to use. Grilling over charcoal is fun. But with the Big Green Egg you can not only grill, you can bake, roast, slow-cook, and sear.

If you have never grilled with charcoal, you may have heard that it is more challenging. But with The Big Green Egg Grill, charcoal grilling is made simple: easy to light, easy to use, easy to control. And what flavor.
